With over 35 years of combined experience, we realized we could help take small to medium-sized businesses to the next level.  Our backgrounds include 15+ years working together, where we were both involved in the explosive growth of Tazo Tea Company.  Utilizing our expertise, we facilitate the creation of smart efficient processes and demonstrate how to drive achievable metrics that will help you sustain and grow your business.

Teri Danielson

Principal Consultant and Partner

Teri is a 30-year veteran of the food processing industry and spent her career in both technical services and operations management working for Starbucks Coffee Company, Tazo Tea Company, Bridgeport Brewing Company, and Quest International – ICI. She started her career at a small fruit processing company in the Willamette Valley working with growers, manufacturing employees, co-manufacturers and large corporate customers to deliver high quality fruit products. That experience taught her the importance of engaging people across the supply chain when working to deliver safe, great tasting food using effective processing techniques.

Teri now works with food and beverage companies throughout the northwest. She brings expertise in the areas of project management, supply chain management and food safety and demonstrates practices around the engagement of people to create safe, sustainable supply chains.
