Teri is a 30-year veteran of the food processing industry and spent her career in both technical services and operations management working for Starbucks Coffee Company, Tazo Tea Company, Bridgeport Brewing Company, and Quest International – ICI. She started her career at a small fruit processing company in the Willamette Valley working with growers, manufacturing employees, co-manufacturers and large corporate customers to deliver high quality fruit products. That experience taught her the importance of engaging people across the supply chain when working to deliver safe, great tasting food using effective processing techniques.
Teri now works with food and beverage companies throughout the northwest. She brings expertise in the areas of project management, supply chain management and food safety and demonstrates practices around the engagement of people to create safe, sustainable supply chains.

Alicia brings over 20 years operations and supply chain experience to the Northwest Food Solutions team. Alicia has held leadership roles in both technical and operations positions, for rapidly growing manufacturing business of all sizes.
Prior to her career in food manufacturing, Alicia surveyed forest health for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management and then opted for her first supply chain role, as a logistics manager, for a large Oregon landscape nursery. In 2001, after 5 years of working outside in the elements, Alicia decided to consider a career change and joined the fast-growing team at Tazo Tea Company as Quality Manager. Alicia supported Tazo through the initial years of massive growth and acquisition by Starbucks Coffee Company. After supporting the Tazo ownership transition, Alicia worked for Starbucks in a variety of positions, before launching her own business.
In 2012, Alicia founded Northwest Food Solutions with her longtime colleague Teri Danielson. At NWFS, Alicia delivers expertise in operations and supply chain excellence, manufacturing performance improvements, strategy and daily management systems, and leadership development across all functions of the value chain. Alicia is passionate about engaging all levels of an organization in achieving success together.

Cheryl has more than 15 years’ experience building and nurturing organizational cultures. Her work experience includes Teach For America, Oregon Community Credit Union and Ninkasi Brewing Company, holding key roles including director of operations, VP of organizational development, chief people officer, chief operations officer, and CEO. Cheryl’s focus on Continuous Improvement methodologies, safety initiatives, organizational culture and leadership development continue to be a focus as she now offers consultation to other like-minded companies.
Consultant – Business Planning and Development, Project Management
Tanya offers more than 25 years of experience in project management for a variety of clients, industries and programs. Her work experiences include business planning, business development and marketing, client project management, and professional services operations management, as well as several special projects supporting clients through relocation, employee training and software implementation. Starting with problem identification and project scoping, Tanya works to identify efficient solutions to help clients meet short term objectives and long-term goals. Tanya has also led community-based programs and events and has served on non-profit boards and committees benefiting homeless families, low-income families and school organizations.

Amy is driven by a passion for helping organizations grow and succeed. With a 20+ year track record of applying creative thinking and resourcefulness to building brands and companies, she has been able to motivate and lead large cross-functional teams to success through a combination of strong, goal-oriented leadership, clear communication, team-building and passion.
Amy specializes in brand strategy and management and innovation. She has worked in marketing at all levels in companies like Smith Teamaker, Tazo Tea Company, Starbucks Coffee Company, The Body Shop, and House Spirits Distillery.
This experience, combined with strength in people management and a big picture perspective, allows her to help clients identify what is working, what is not and where they need to go. This includes helping clients develop effective marketing budgets that support strategic investing for consumer attention and loyalty.
